Standard UK Delivery
We offer FREE standard delivery to the UK Mainland!
Each of our products are handmade by one of our team, with free UK Standard delivery estimated at 5 working days.
We’ll always do everything we can to ensure items are dispatched to you as quickly as possible, however once orders leave our studio we become totally reliant on the postal service which generally serves us very well.
Need it quickly? We offer Express Delivery to the UK on most of our products. Express delivery is charged at £8.50 and orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day with next working day delivery.
Orders placed on a Friday before 12pm with Express Delivery will be dispatched on the same day with delivery for the following working day. A working day is Mon – Fri excluding bank holidays.
Next day delivery requires a signature on delivery and if no one is available to sign for the item it will be held for 7 days at your local Royal Mail Collection Office. If you’re not sure where this is, you can check here.
For international delivery, please get in touch with us via the contact form for a personalised quote before you checkout your order.
We send all our orders using standard airmail, so delivery charges and timeframes are dependent on your location and local postal service so please allow additional time for your order to reach you. All orders leaving Europe go through customs checks when they reach the country of delivery and occasionally this can add a few extra days onto the delivery timeframe.
We advise allowing up to 14 days for delivery to Europe and up to 28 days for the rest of the world, just incase.

Most of our non-personalised items are able to be returned to us, in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to return an order. Please wait for a response from us prior to returning your order.
We would advise returning items using a signed-for service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that get lost in transit. We will issue a full refund for the product cost, excluding the original postage costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
Your item needs to be returned to: To The Letter, 5 Queens Cottages, Queens Road, Earles Colne, Essex CO6 2RT. Please ensure your contact details and order number is included in the package - to ensure we can track the return back to your original order.
We are unable to provide refunds for personalised items, due to their bespoke nature, unless a mistake has been made on our part in a spelling of a name or word, or you feel your item is faulty. We cannot take responsibility if the spelling error is made by the customer.
If Feel Your Item Is Faulty
Most of the items that we sell are created by hand, and all orders are finished and packed by a real person, with checks made along the way with regard to the quality of your order. In the unlikely event that your order contains faulty items, we will offer the option of a repair or replacement, or a full or partial refund. Where full refunds are sought, we ask that the faulty item is returned to us within 14 days. Prior to returning a faulty item, we will require a photo of any fault or damage to the item, please send an email to: email@example.com, so that the item can be assessed. Please wait for a response from us prior to returning your order.
If we feel that an item has been poorly cared for, we may ask you to cover the repair costs.

The images used in our prints are either designed in-house, licensed under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) license or we have purchased licenses to reproduce them. If you believe that your work has been copied or used on the website in a way that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement, please notify us by following the procedure set forth in the immediately following paragraph. Upon receipt of any bona fide claim of infringement, or upon becoming aware of any actual or alleged infringement by any other means, we will remove such actual or alleged infringing product(s) from the website and/or cease sales of the product(s) pending our investigation.
If you believe that your work has been copied, distributed or used on the website in a way that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement, please fill out the Notice of Claimed Infringement form, sign the form where indicated and submit it to:
